The Beginning

Last fall I lost 20lbs following the Fitness Weight Loss program of Josephine Connolly Schoonen (Losing Weight Permanently with the Bull's-Eye Food Guide ).Yesterday my weight was up four pounds, so I am starting this blog try to get myself back on track. Hopefully others will join me and we will be able to work on maintaining our weight loss together. The experts say that sustaining a weight loss is the hardest part. I hope (probably need to learn some HTML), there will be a daily weigh in feature with a running graph for everyone, a place to record exercise, and, of course, photographs and recipes of healthy food that also tastes good. I thought I might also describe an occasional meal from a restaurant and, of course, report any weight gain the following day .
